How it works

The skyline is the chart.

Every building in the city is a real pump.fun coin. Pick an empty lot, launch a coin from it, and its building rises and falls with the coin's market cap, live.

Build a building

  1. Pick an empty lot. Click Build, then any glowing lot. Skyline Row faces the plaza, Downtown rings it, the Outer city is everywhere else.
  2. Name your coin. Name (up to 32 plain letters; fewer with emoji), ticker (up to 10 letters or numbers), a picture, optional links, and an optional first buy in SOL.
  3. Approve in your wallet. Batch-signing wallets use one approval for both transactions: the lot's toll, then the coin's creation on pump.fun, your first buy, and the locked fee split. Other wallets ask twice, before either transaction is sent.
  4. It goes up. We check on-chain that the coin exists and the split is locked, then your building breaks ground. From then on it follows the market cap.
Your coin is a normal pump.fun coin. It shows up in pump.fun's feed, trades on pump.fun, graduates to PumpSwap like any other, and you keep full control of your tokens.

Lots & tolls

The city has 1,260 lots on a 12 × 12 grid of blocks. Where you build sets the toll. The toll is swapped to $BRICK and burned in the same approval as your launch: the city never holds it.

One lot holds one coin, forever. Buildings are never evicted or resold. Toll prices are SOL quotes, with up to 5% slippage. Besides the toll you pay Solana's account rent and network fees, which vary, plus whatever first buy you choose. If the toll confirms but creation fails, retry the same lot: your paid toll stays credited and your lot stays reserved.

Creator rewards: 80% to you

Every trade on a pump.fun coin pays a small fee, and part of it goes to the coin's creator. On the bonding curve that's 0.30% of every buy and sell. After graduation to PumpSwap it's 0.05% to 0.95% depending on market cap. Traders pay it as part of their trade.

Locked at launch

The split is set with pump.fun's own fee-sharing program in the same transaction that creates your coin, and it's locked right away. Nobody can change it afterwards: not you, not us. The coin's on-chain "creator" is the split itself, so rewards follow it automatically, before and after graduation.

Hourly payout rounds

Rewards collect in the coin's vault. Hourly payout rounds check vaults holding at least 0.01 SOL and eligible under pump.fun's distribution rules: 80% to the launcher and 20% to the city wallet, straight into the wallets. You don't have to claim anything. The city pays the network fee; payouts can be delayed if its gas wallet or RPC is unavailable. Recent payouts appear in the City pulse with their transactions.

Bots trade almost every new pump.fun coin, so rewards often start before you've told anyone. Our first test coin earned its launcher 0.197 SOL in creator rewards in about an hour.

Trade from any building

Click a building to open its card. Buy with SOL, or Sell 25%, 50%, 100% or any amount you hold. The card shows your balance and a quote from pump.fun before you approve. Buys push the building up; sells bring it down.

How buildings move

Two storeys per doubling

1 storey up to $4K market cap, then +2 every time it doubles: $8K is 3, about $70K (graduation) is 9, $1M is 17, $100M is 30. Capped at 60. The same scale for every coin.

Live

Prices come straight from pump.fun trades on Solana, within a second or two, and are checked against the chain every minute.

Milestones

$100K, $250K, $500K, $1M and up are announced in the City pulse. So are graduations to PumpSwap.

Haunted houses

A coin under $4.5K can go dark and haunted after 12 hours of observed quiet with a fresh feed. One observed trade brings the lights back. Buildings are never evicted.

If the price feed drops, buildings freeze and the city says it's reconnecting. Missing data never shrinks a building.

Old Town

The north-east corner holds coins that were trading on pump.fun before the city existed, like Fartcoin, CATE, PARASITE and AIRPAD, so the city is alive from day one. They're guests: placed by the city, not for sale, no toll, and their fees stay exactly where they were. Being in Old Town doesn't mean a coin's team is involved with the city.

$BRICK

$BRICK is the city's coin, launched on pump.fun. Its building is the tower in the middle of the plaza, and it follows $BRICK's market cap on the same scale as everything else.

The dev wallet

$BRICK is launched from 6ddF5B57F2YdPtQg6TcgNCEiTM8tQWCAaVXdxXvkuyYf, which is also the city wallet that receives the 20% share. The dev holds for at least 72 hours after launch, then sells no more than 10% of the original dev buy per day, announced 24 hours ahead. Every move is visible on-chain.

$BRICK has no promised value, no dividends and no floor. Burns don't guarantee anything about price. Buy only what you can afford to lose.

Verify it yourself

Everything the city does happens on Solana, through pump.fun's programs. Check any building:

  1. Copy the coin's contract address from its card and open it on Solscan. Its creation transaction contains pump.fun's create, the fee-sharing config and the locked update, all in one.
  2. The fee-sharing config is owned by pump.fun's fee program, lists the launcher at 80% and city wallet at 20%, and is locked (admin revoked). If the city wallet itself launches, the two roles are the same address and the config lists it once at 100%. Payout transactions show the actual amounts.
  3. Toll burns and payouts are linked from the City pulse with their transactions.

FAQ

Can I sell the coin I launched?

Yes, any time, from its building's card or on pump.fun. Nothing locks your tokens. Only the creator-fee split is locked.

Where do the creator rewards come from?

From pump.fun's trading fee. Your coin's creator is the locked 80/20 split. Hourly payout rounds check vaults holding at least 0.01 SOL and eligible under pump.fun's distribution rules, while the gas wallet and RPC are available.

Why do I sign two transactions?

When a toll applies, batch-signing wallets sign both transactions in one approval; other wallets ask twice before either is sent. The toll (buy $BRICK and burn it) lands first; if the launch then fails, retry the same lot to reuse the toll you already paid.

What if the page reloads halfway?

Reload, connect the same wallet and open the same lot. The page remembers your launch details and signatures in that tab. A confirmed toll stays credited and the lot stays reserved. Keep this tab open until the building is recorded: closing it can erase the saved launch data. If that data is lost, the lot remains protected but automatic recovery is unavailable; keep your burn receipt.

Does the city take a fee on trades?

No. Buys and sells from building cards pay only pump.fun's normal fees.

Can my building be taken away?

No. One lot holds one coin forever. A dead coin becomes a haunted house, and it lights back up the moment someone trades it.
